SERVICE ADVISER - IMMEDIATE START
Exact is seeking a motivated Service Adviser to join our busy Mackay Workshop for an immediate start.
Precise are a Car, Truck & Earthmoving Repair & Compliance Company.
We provide quality services to mining, lease and local operators.
With a recent increase in workload and now having maintenance contracts in place, we require the following:
Full Time Service Advisor
Role and Responsibilities
Office duties and customer service - front desk role
Take bookings, processing repair orders, quotes and invoicing
Liaise with both customers and technicians in regard to servicing and repairs
Processing mine site inspection and roadworthy paperwork
Preferred Skills
Motor vehicle industry experience is preferred but not essential
Experience in sales or service industry
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and communication is the key
