Rumbalara Aboriginal Cooperative – Positive Ageing & Disability Services now has the following vacancy in our Seymore Office
Office Coordinator (New Position)
Full-Time, 38 hours a week - Ongoing
This is an Aboriginal Designated Position, classified under 'special measures' of Section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act ****.

About the Role
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the effective day-to-day coordination of administrative and reception services at the Rumbalara office in Seymour.
As the first point of contact for community members, clients, visitors, and stakeholders, the Office Coordinator provides a welcoming, culturally safe, and professional environment while supporting the coordination of clinical and outreach services.
About You:
To be successful for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
You are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Have experience in office Coordination, reception or administration is desirable
Demonstrated experience in office coordination, reception, oradministration.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate schedules across multiple services and stakeholders.
High level of computer literacy,



including Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Salary packaging of $15,900
available for Part- or Full-time employees.
