Plumbing Manager / Supervisor
to lead our maintenance division.
We're searching for someone who is more than just a great plumber.

As our Plumbing Manager / Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our plumbing team while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices.
Coordinate daily workloads and ensure jobs are completed on time.
Provide technical support and solve problems in the field.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism and customer service.
Ensure compliance with all Australian Plumbing and Gas regulations, codes and safety requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices are followed.
Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and management.
Monitor job progress, productivity and quality control.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional workmanship.




Support the ongoing growth and continuous improvement of the business.

Essential Requirements
Current Queensland Plumbing Licence.
Current Driver Licence.
Maintenance plumbing experience.
Full Australian working rights.
