Condon Financial is seeking a dedicated
Client Service Assistant
to join our team in Yeppoon, QLD.
This is a
part-time position
that plays a vital role in supporting our client-facing operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.
As a Client Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping to maintain the high standards of customer care that define Condon Financial.
This role is essential in keeping our administrative operations running smoothly whilst contributing directly to client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
Answer and direct client enquiries via phone, email and in person, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
Schedule appointments and manage client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance
Process administrative documentation including forms, applications and correspondence
Support the preparation of client files and ensure all relevant information is organised and accessible
Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including filing, copying and distribution of materials
Handle routine queries and escalate complex matters to senior team members appropriately
Assist with data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or client services role, ideally within a professional services or public accounting environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems
Attention to detail and accuracy,



particularly when handling financial or sensitive information
A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to providing excellent service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a part time capacity
Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of client matters
A personal commitment to delivering top quality work and service
Desirable: Experience in a Chartered Accounting or CPA firm
