Job Description
LHT BEAUFORT PTY LTD We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Trade Waiter to join our front-of-house team on a full-time basis.
This role is suited to someone with strong customer service skills, excellent food and wine knowledge, and the ability to deliver professional and attentive service in a busy restaurant environment.
Benefits Position: Full-time Location: Highgate, Perth WA Salary: $79,000 – $80,000 + superannuation Hours: Evening and weekend availability required Task & responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a qualified and welcoming manner; Present menus, explain dishes, specials and beverage options to customers; Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff; Serve meals, wines and beverages in accordance with restaurant service standards; Monitor tables throughout service and respond promptly to customer needs; Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system; Comply with workplace health and safety, food safety and responsible service of alcohol requirements.




Qualification & experience Previous experience as a Formal Service Waiter; Experience in a fine dining or high-quality restaurant environment is highly regarded; Certificate in Hospitality is required; Strong knowledge of food service standards and customer care; Good understanding of wine, beverages and menu presentation; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods; Well-presented, punctual and reliable; Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required; Current RSA certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
