ABOUT THE ROLE Company Name: Hardwick Meatworks Pty Ltd.
Location: 7 Knight Ct, Kyneton, VIC, **** Start Date: Work will commence from 11/02/2026.
Employment Duration: Ongoing full time employment
Number of Positions: 100 We are looking for Process Workers, Packers and Laborers.
These roles are covered under the Meat Industry Award ****.
The work environment can involve hot or cold temperatures (0–4°C in chilled areas), exposure to meat processing conditions, and repetitive, fast paced and physically demanding tasks.
Required Aptitudes: To perform this role, workers must be able to:
Carry out repetitive manual handling, including lifting up to *****kg
Stand for long periods (8–10 hours per shift)
Work safely in cold and hot environments
Perform tasks at quick line speeds
Follow strict hygiene, safety and QA procedures
Use knives or simple tools where required (training provided)
REMUNERATION
Base rate: Start from $***** per hour (Meat Industry Award ****)
Penalty rates for afternoon/evening, weekend and public holiday work
Overtime rates beyond ordinary hours
Applicable allowances (e.g., knife allowance, cold work allowance)




ROSTER Monday - Friday.
Day Shift: 5am - 2pm, 5am - 3:30pm Afternoon Shift: 2:20pm - 11:20pm.
