ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
We are supporting a hospitality group (SXW Pty Ltd) based in Darwin that operates across several popular venues, specialising in Aussie-Italian and Aussie-Filipino fusion cuisine.
The business is known for it's commitment to handcrafted meals, warm service, and consistent customer satisfaction.
They are currently hiring for the following role: Pastrycook.

PASTRYCOOK Job Overview:
The Pastrycook is responsible for baking and decorating pastries, cakes, and desserts that align with our menu and visual presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a range of desserts, tarts, and cakes.
Decorate and plate desserts attractively and consistently.




Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the pastry section.
Assist in developing and testing current recipes.
Requirements: Certificate III in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
Previous pastry/baking experience in a commercial kitchen.
Creativity, precision, and understanding of HACCP.
