Clinical Trial Coordinator
Your Role in Our Future
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator with the Early Phase Unit, you will play a vital role within the project operations team, managing the coordination and successful execution of multiple clinical trials.
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely distribution of study-related documentation, keeping stakeholders informed of project updates and milestones, and upholding high-quality standards throughout all trial activities.
We are hiring multiple Clinical Trial Coordinators; this role will be offered on a full-time basis and will also be based at our clinical trial centre in Joondalup with occasional work from our Nedlands site too.
Some of your key duties will require you to;
Coordinate and manage multiple clinical trials, ensuring timely documentation, stakeholder communication, and adherence to high-quality standards.
Accurately prepare, maintain and archive trial documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are achieved whilst liaising and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Help with the preparation of study specific documentation in advance of client meetings.
Support the wider clinic team to conduct clinical activities and assessments.
Your Experience
The successful applicant will ideally come with previous experience from the clinical trial or medical sector however, this is not essential.
What is essential are the following skills and attributes;
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet competing deadlines, and monitor project milestones and timelines effectively.




Demonstrated ability to work within standard operating procedures and regulations.
Experience working in cross-functional teams including clinical, finance, regulatory, and operational staff.
Previous experience from the health, medical or research sectors beneficial.
