We're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable person to join our Gladstone office as a
Reception & Office Assistant
.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to start or build a career in administration.
No extensive experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn.
About the role
As the first point of contact for our business, you'll help keep our office running smoothly while supporting our administration team.
Your day may include:
Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
Managing emails and general enquiries
Data entry and maintaining company records
Filing and document management
Assisting with accommodation bookings
General office administration
Supporting our finance, HR and operations teams
Other administrative duties as required
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly and professional
Reliable and punctual
Organised with valuable attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Willing to learn new systems and processes
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous administration experience is welcome but
not essential
