Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) to ensure safe traffic flow around worksites.
Manage and Supervise Traffic Planners
Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to minimise risks.
Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for traffic management plans.
Conduct site inspections to monitor traffic management plans and adapt strategies as required.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on best practices and innovative approaches to traffic management and road safety.
Skills and Experience
QLD TMD Qualification
NSW PWZTMP Qualification – Desirable but not essential.
Driver's license and construction white card.
Experience with RapidPlan and Microsoft Office.
Minimum 3 years of Traffic Industry experience.
Road Safety Auditor competency – Desirable but not essential.
Experience in construction traffic staging.
Knowledge and experience in Risk Assessment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated and independent.
