This is your opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders to build and implement Transport for NSW's technology strategy.
In this role you will:
Provide strategic leadership within the Digital and Systems function, where you will develop and maintain integrated technology strategies, roadmaps and registers.
Develop and drive the divisional technology strategy, roadmap and advisory services and align with business objectives to drive efficiency and innovation
Develop, coach and mentor a high performing team and function
Oversee the Change Advisory Process
Ensure governance frameworks remain relevant to organisational priorities
Act as the divisional interface with IT, overseeing technology requests, vendor engagement, contract management and investment planning.
Foster strong enterprise relationships as a trusted partner to support the effective delivery of digital and technology initiatives
This is a permanent Transport Senior Service Manager (TSSM) role with an attractive total remuneration package on offer.

About you
You're an accomplished leader with significant experience developing, reviewing and maintaining a HR/Payroll technology strategy and roadmap.
You can identify and implement service and process improvements as a trusted partner, with the ability to lead and influence.




You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong track record in developing individuals and high performing teams.
You are highly strategic and adaptable to change in a energetic environment.
