Join our Coronary Care Unit as an Enrolled Nurse and play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, person‐centred care to patients with acute cardiac needs.
Working alongside Registered Nurses, you'll contribute to evidence‐based assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, while communicating effectively with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
You'll uphold professional standards, maintain accountability for your practice, and actively engage in ongoing learning and reflection.
As a valued team member, you'll also support the growth and development of others through teaching and coaching.
In this role, you'll model the behaviours of the NSW Health Code of Conduct and the Transforming Your Experience and Leadership Strategies, helping create a positive, high‐quality care environment where patients and staff thrive.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
1. Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Demonstrated recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
5. Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
6. Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
7. Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.
