The Department of Housing and Works delivers and maintains essential social housing and critical infrastructure across Western Australia—including schools, hospitals and police facilities.

About The Role:
The Data Engineer is responsible for developing data models, insightful business intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards in accordance with the report specifications, either individually or through leading flexible teams.
The BI reports and dashboards inform customers of their business achievements, performance against metrics and identify opportunities for business improvement by identifying trends and data-driven insights to drive evidence-based decision making, improve organisational performance and whole of government outcomes.
This role builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders through the provision of expert knowledge, insights, quality outputs and education/demonstrations.
