Key Responsibilities
Assist in various workshop tasks including cutting, joining, assembling, and sanding timber components
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to build custom timber pieces
Operate and maintain a range of tools and machinery including hand tools, power tools, woodworking machinery, and CNC equipment
Support general workshop maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a protected and efficient work workplace
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
Experience with woodworking or similar trades (e.g., cabinet making)
Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety procedures in a workshop environment
Ability to read and follow technical plans and instructions
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‐do attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction as part of a skilled team
