The Role
Lead day-to-day site operations across major civil projects
Manage supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour
Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity outcomes
Coordinate multiple work fronts and stakeholders
Report directly to senior project leadership teams




About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor within civil infrastructure
Strong background in roads, rail, bridges, utilities, earthworks or major infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to manage large workforces and subcontractors
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Looking for a long-term move to South East Queensland
