About the role
If you are a licenced security officer who would like to work in a caring and friendly environment, look no further than working as a Health & Security Assistant with our team.
Providing a quality and protected environment for the care of patients is the shared responsibility of all staff and the Health & Security Assistant is an integral and valued member of our team.
Your role provides support to the nursing team under their guidance in the delivery of patient care.
We will develop you to reach your potential and will always support you in an inclusive, collaborative and caring team environment.
In a small facility your role will be interesting and varied and will include security related duties, portering for patient transfers around the facility, basic patient care and observation, cleaning duties and general assistance to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
Our single goal is to build thriving communities and healthier rural people and your strong communication, empathy and customer service skills mean you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this aim.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly on a 24/7 roster, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
