The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Representing the Think Renewable brand in the field across Perth
Engaging with homeowners and starting genuine conversations
Understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities
Booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Specialists
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Delivering an exceptional customer experience while building trust

What We Offer
Competitive Earnings
$33–$36 per hour base rate
Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
Realistic On-Target Earnings of $1,500–$2,500+ per week
