At Barrier Reef Pools Group WA, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class fibreglass swimming pools to customers throughout Western Australia.
We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
This role would suit someone experienced with building practices, site supervision or project management.
We provide industry and on-the-job training, but we need your excellent people management and organisational skills.
As a business, customer service is our top priority.
We are looking for excellent communicators to support the installation process and delivery of our customers swimming pools in line with contractual allowances and budgets in this forward-facing role.
Direct contact and prompt communication with multiple clients per week is a key competency that we require.
Working alongside your dedicated Client Liaison Officer, you will be the interface between in office trades, the client and our head office informed and updated on evolving trade and customer needs.
Throughout the week, you will travel between multiple clients' houses, conducting pre- and post-installation site checks while managing your flexible hours from Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Proactively service customer needs
Promptly address all customer enquiries
Setting the final finishing height and position of the swimming pool during on-site inspections according to drafted plans and council requirements
Complete site checks - relaying information known to the Scheduling Team to book trades and resources in line with contract allowances
Work closely with your dedicated Customer Liaison Officer & Scheduling team to book and manage completion trades for each site
Conduct post-installation site checks to ensure high standards of work are maintained

Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
Personable - with an ability to build rapport with many different personality types
Ability to assess and deliver on competing priorities while managing deadlines
Strong planning and problem-solving skills
Decision-maker with a positive attitude
Knowledge of WH&S; practices within the construction industry
Ability to read, interpret, and manage drawings, specifications, and plans (advantageous but not mandatory)
Prior experience in a trade-based supervisory role (advantageous but not mandatory)
Experience in the swimming pool industry (highly advantageous but not mandatory)
Familiarity with local permit authorities (advantageous but not mandatory)
Qualifications/Role Requirements:
Construction White Card
WA Driver's Licence
