This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary service in a permanent part-time position, and co-ordinate the stepped care approach for Personality Disorders at the Liverpool/Fairfield Community Mental Health Service.

Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled mental health professional with a strong background in delivering specialist psychological and psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing complex mental health problems and disorders.
You will bring expertise in providing clinical consultation and supporting multidisciplinary teams to address the diverse needs of consumers.You will also have demonstrated capability in coordinating stepped care treatment approaches for Personality Disorders, including experience with programs such as Gold Card Clinics and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
A strong candidate will be confident in evaluating clinical outcomes, contributing to service improvement initiatives, and participating in the development and delivery of education and training programs.
Experience supervising psychologists and other clinical disciplines within a healthcare or Local Health District setting is highly valued.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role,



please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
1. Full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate Clinical Psychology qualification of no less than two years full time duration or recognised equivalent.
2. Describe your experience providing clinical interventions, including assessments, treatments, and evidence based therapeutic techniques, for consumers with complex mental health needs.
3. Outline your experience working within multidisciplinary teams, including collaboration with consumers, families, and external partners, as well as any involvement in supervision or clinical leadership.
4. Provide an example of your involvement in quality improvement, program development, service evaluation, or clinical research within a mental health setting.
5. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
