We are seeking an interested registered nurse to work in the Emergency Department.

The role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
You will apply your clinical expertise and critical thinking to achieve positive outcomes, while leading, supporting and supervising nursing and care staff in everyday practice.

Selection Criteria
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse that applies to ophthalmology, acute care or emergency clinical setting
Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and be able to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply skilled and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
Current computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement person-centred practice.
Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
