Salary range $129,464 - $142,665 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About the role
The primary purpose of the role is to support the delivery of user centred digital products by gathering insights, shaping user journeys and ensuring requirements reflect how people actually interact with service

About you
Showing experience with using UX research insights to guide prioritisation and support evidence-based decision making.
Using tools such as SQL, DevOps and Confluence to manage requirements, track progress and validate data.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's
Aboriginal Education Policy
and upholding the
Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG
and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
Valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check)
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
Basic working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to run queries to check data quality and support testing activities.
Experience translating UX findings into clear functional requirements
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the
value of public education
