We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of civil construction projects within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the delivery of civil construction projects, working closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and clients.
Assist in managing project documentation, procurement, subcontractors and site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of project programs, monitoring progress and assisting with the achievement of key project milestones.
Undertake site inspections and quality assurance activities, ensuring works are completed in accordance with project requirements, specifications and company standards.
Prepare and maintain project records, including ITPs, inspections,



progress reports and other project documentation.
Support the management of environmental and compliance requirements across project sites.
Ensure compliance with all WHS, environmental, and quality standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Proven experience as a Site Engineer within civil construction
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills to build lasting client and stakeholder relationships
Reliability and commitment to achieving deadlines.
