What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate support to clients in line with care plans and clinical standards.

Deliver patient care, monitor observations, and report clinical changes
·
Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence
·
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and health records
·
Communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team
·
Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical standards

Registration:Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
