Fieldy's Resource and Mining is seeking a dynamic
All Rounder Operator
to join our team on a
casual basis
on 2:2 FIFO roster.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of heavy equipment operations within the mining and resources sector.
As an All Rounder Operator, you will be responsible for operating multiple types of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations across our diverse project portfolio.
Your versatility and adaptability will be key to supporting our operations and maintaining the high standards Fieldy's Resource and Mining is known for.
What you'll be doing
Operating a range of heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, dump trucks and other specialised machinery
Conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance on all equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
Following all safety protocols, standard operating procedures and site-specific guidelines at all times
Communicating effectively with supervisors, crew members and other operators to coordinate activities on site
Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, fuel consumption and any maintenance requirements
Adapting quickly to different equipment types and project requirements as assigned
Supporting the team to meet production targets and project deadlines
Reporting any equipment faults or safety concerns immediately to management
Contributing to a positive workplace culture that prioritises health, safety and environmental responsibility
What we're looking for
Current Heavy Equipment Operator Ticket or equivalent qualifications (e.g. excavator, loader or dozer tickets)
Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy machinery in a mining or construction environment
Current White Card (Construction Industry Induction Training) or willingness to obtain one




High-level safety awareness and demonstrated commitment to following safety procedures
Valid driver's licence
Ability to work flexibly on a casual basis with variable shift patterns
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions
Reliability and punctuality
Experience in mining operations or the resources sector is highly desirable
