The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant and equipment such as corrugator, convertors, finishing machines at our established team focused Board Facility in O'Connor.
4-week rotating pattern across day and afternoon shift running Monday - Friday
Day shift (2 weeks) 5:00am – 13:30pm (plus 2hours OT afterwards, subject to operational requirements)
Afternoon shift (2 weeks) 15:00pm – 11:30pm (plus 2hours OT afterwards, subject to operational requirements)
What you will bring to the team:
Trade qualification, in Mechanical Fitting or a related field.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a "get the job done" approach every day.
Enthusiasm, energy and initiative with a team focus.
Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the required safety standards.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Conduct preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment.
Provide service to maintain production and resolution of operational or technical problems.
Contribute to a safe and compliant working environment.
Ensure you work as a member of a cohesive team while maintaining individual responsibility.

Overtime – first 3 hours paid x1.5 then at x2 thereafter and Sunday paid at x2
Shift loading – the 2 weeks of afternoon shift each month, attract a 15% loading
