About the Role
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately
115 properties
, focusing on:
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing arrears and rent reviews




Management agreement renewals
Delivering exceptional customer service
Working closely with your dedicated Assistant to maintain a high-performing portfolio

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Currently registered in WA as a Property Manager
Experienced in residential Property Management
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
A confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills
A natural relationship builder who enjoys working closely with clients
A supportive team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborating with an Assistant
Professional, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional results
