The Role
Partnering with consumers is a fundamental and essential part of designing and delivering excellent clinical services, underpinned by the National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards, Standard 2, Prison Health Standards and the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights.
The Program Manager Consumer Experience is a key leadership role, in the Clinical Governance Team, focused on delivering on objectives in relation to the consumer agenda, patient engagement and experience.
This portfolio is inclusive of developing, implementing, and maintaining governance, systems, and processes to partner with consumers and improve patient engagement and experience, and oversight of the consumer feedback management system.
