About
the Role
We
are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered
Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellors
to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants.
In
this role, you will
Provide
high-quality EAP counselling and crisis response services in our Canberra
Office.
We currently have part time or full-time vacancies.
Assess
work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
Offer
solution-focused interventions and support.
Be
self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
We also
have vacancies to provide Critical Incident response support as a hybrid role:
In addition
to the responsibilities above, you will:
Provide
Rapid Response Services, including critical incidents, disaster response,
and organizational change support.
Deliver
one-on-one trauma support and group sessions using Psychological First Aid
(PFA) and other trauma-specific interventions.
Inform
organizations of themes,
recommendations, and process improvements
Requirements
Tertiary
qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration/membership with the
relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA).
Minimum 3+ years
of relevant experience in allied health.
Experience in
solutions-oriented counselling interventions across different modalities.
Excellent time
management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
