About The Role
You'll take ownership of regulatory content within the Property, Construction & Infrastructure sector, ensuring it is accurate, practical, and tailored to both legal and non-legal audiences.

This is a highly visible role where you'll engage directly with clients, present insights, and shape the future of regulatory content.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and evolve a portfolio of regulatory content across the Property, Construction, Infrastructure & Environment sectorTranslate complex legislation into clear, practical guidance for customersMonitor legislative change, regulatory developments, and industry trendsEngage with customers, regulators, and subject matter experts to shape contentLead content projects from concept through to deliverySupport product, sales,



and marketing teams with insights and content expertiseRepresent the business at events, webinars, and industry forums
Who We're Looking For
A professional with a law degree (essential) and/or a legal backgroundStrong legal research and drafting skillsAbility to simplify complex concepts for non-legal audiencesInterest or experience in Property, Construction, Infrastructure & Setting, compliance, or regulatory environmentsIf you have experience in Commercial Leasing, Environment or Facilities Management - please apply also!
Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with clients and presenting ideasHighly organised with strong project management skillsA proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in the Education sector
