We're looking for an experienced
Patient Coordinator
to join our friendly, growing dental practice.

About the role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your role will include:
Welcoming patients and managing appointments
Answering phones and assisting with patient enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Coordinating recalls and treatment appointments
Supporting our dentists and clinical team
Helping ensure every patient feels valued and cared for

You have previous dental reception or patient coordinator experience
You're highly organised and detail-focused
You're confident with systems and pick things up quickly
Love working in a busy team environment
Brings a positive attitude and enjoys making a difference
Takes pride in doing your job properly, every day!
Friendly, confident and enjoys talking with people
