Join the team at ACT Skip Hire in an Administration Position, Hume ACT (Part-Time - Afternoon Shifts)
We are seeking a motivated, organised and mature individual to join our office.
This is a permanent part-time position, primarily covering afternoon shifts, with opportunities for additional hours to support staff annual/sick leave.
About the Role:
This customer service focused position involves taking customer enquiries, bookings, phone and email communications and more.
You will be working closely with a small, dedicated team, including operations, yard, drivers and office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
Booking in jobs
Handle customer enquiries
Process payments and send invoices
Prepare quotes
Maintain accurate customer details and data entry
General office administration tasks
Liaise with Operations & Dispatch closely
Support fellow office staff when required
Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Strong attention to detail & organisation skills
Must have good computer and technical skills
A proactive approach with valuable problem-solving skills
Ability to work within a team and independently when required
Previous experience in administration, reception and customer service is preferred but not essential
