Team members are encouraged to take pride in craftsmanship, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a qualified, respectful work environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Panelbeater role based in Perth, WA.
The Panelbeater will repair and replace damaged vehicle panels, straighten chassis and frames, and restore vehicle bodies to manufacturer specifications using tools such as welders, hydraulic equipment, and body repair systems.
Daily tasks include assessing damage, preparing repair plans, stripping and refitting panels and parts, aligning body components, and finishing repaired surfaces for painting.
The role also involves working closely with painters and estimators, documenting work performed, maintaining workshop tools and equipment, and following all safety and quality standards.




The Panelbeater is expected to work efficiently, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with colleagues to meet customer and insurer timelines.Qualifications Strong skills in panel beating, metal shaping, and body repair techniques, including welding and use of hydraulic equipment.Ability to read and interpret repair documents, job sheets, and manufacturer specifications, with attention to detail and quality standards.Experience in removing, replacing, and aligning panels, doors, bumpers, and structural components on a variety of vehicle makes and models.Competence in using workshop tools and equipment safely, with knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work respectfully with colleagues, customers, and insurers.Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in Panel Beating, Automotive Body Repair, or a closely related field.Previous experience in a collision repair workshop or similar environment; experience with modern vehicle construction and repair methods is beneficial.Valid driver's license and the ability to move and test vehicles safely within the workshop and premises.
