Role Description The Insurance Account Manager role at KeyInsure is a full-time, on-site position based in Adelaide, SA.
The Insurance Broker will advise clients on suitable insurance products, assess risk profiles, and recommend coverage options aligned with individual, family, and business needs.
Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, preparing quotes, negotiating with insurers, and processing new policies, renewals, and amendments.
The role also involves reviewing existing coverage, identifying gaps,



and proposing adjustments to ensure adequate protection.
The Insurance Broker will maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with the wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications Ability to build client relationships, communicate clearly, and deliver empathetic, solutions-focused advice.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including assessing risk and comparing policy options.Sales and negotiation skills to present recommendations, handle objections, and secure appropriate coverage for clients.Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client files, deadlines, and follow-ups accurately.Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations, with a commitment to ongoing career development.Comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems for quoting, policy administration, and documentation.Relevant qualifications or certifications in insurance, finance, or a related field; Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance training is an advantage.Prior experience in insurance broking, financial services, or customer-facing advisory roles is highly beneficial.
