Position: HV Design Manager
Location: Adelaide
Salary: $180k–$200k base +
Proejct: Utility-scale renewable energy & HV Infrastructure
Design & Build Recruitment are partnering with a national EPC contractor delivering utility-scale renewable energy & HV Infrastructureprojects across Australia.
As the Design Manager, you will:
Oversee design strategy and engineering governance across HV and renewable projects
Allocate resources across multiple disciplines to meet schedule and budget
Act as the primary technical interface between engineering, construction and clients
Drive consistency across design standards, processes and risk management

What They're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the mining, electrical utility, resource or renewables sectors
Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
Extensive HV infrastructure experience
Strong understanding of full EPC project lifecycle
Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
Confident client-facing capability
