An opportunity for a full-time general practitioner to join a busy mixed billing clinic in the heart of Australind.
Australind is located 158 kilometres south of Perth.
With a population of 16,952, this thriving town is a excellent place for boating, fishing, windsurfing, and sailing.
The Practice
This established mixed billing clinic has a practice nurse and a team of administration staff that support the doctors.
Due to the high demand from patients, the waiting periods in this clinic is high.
This means that an immediate patient base awaits the GP upon starting.
The Role
Able to perform consults regarding all aspects of general practice care
Provides skilled clinical assessments, diagnosis, and management plan to patients
Orders diagnostic tests as needed followed by reviewing of results and recalls of patients




Provides emergency acute care treatment to patients who presented as such
Competent in minor surgical procedures
The Requirements
FRACGP or equivalent
Doctors needing supervision may only be considered for a level and above
The Package
• $120,000 - $250,000 (dependent on supervision level, on the basis of an independent contactor)
• Up to six weeks annual leave per annum
• Assistance in finding a rental house will be provided
