About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated and high performing team at Tumbarumba.
In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced, patient/resident-centred care while exercising clinical judgement, leadership, and professional autonomy at a friendly country health care facility.
As the Registered Nurse, you will:
Provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with skilled standards and legislation.
Conduct patient assessments, contribute to care planning, and evaluate outcomes to support safe and effective care delivery.




Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient/resident outcomes and ensure seamless care delivery.
Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and promote a culture of safety and learning.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Proven ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams, with a commitment to mentoring and supporting team members.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, and ongoing professional development.
Triage and emergency unit experience desirable.
