About Sana Living
At Sana Living, we provide high-quality Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) — homes that NDIS Participants are proud to call their own and in which they can truly thrive.
Since our first home opened in ****, we've grown to support Participants across Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland.
Our team is driven by a genuine commitment to person-centred outcomes.
About the Role
For many Participants and their families, you'll be their very first connection to Sana Living — a warm, knowledgeable and reassuring point of contact throughout their housing journey.
Reporting to the National Tenancy Manager, you'll manage tenancy enquiries across our national portfolio, keep our CRM accurate and up to date, and provide broad support to the wider Tenancy Team, including administrative and event support.
It's a role where attention to detail and genuine care matter.
What you'll do
Be the first point of contact for tenancy enquiries, responding to calls and queries with warmth, patience and professionalism
Guide Participants through initial eligibility discussions and keep them informed and supported at every step
Maintain the CRM and tenancy pipeline with accuracy, so records reliably reflect each Participant's journey
Support Participant compatibility and smooth transitions into new homes, working closely with the Tenancy and Accommodations Teams
Prepare SDA quotes,
Letters of Conditional Offer and collate initial documentation
Maintain well-organised records (OT reports, Functional Capacity Reports, NDIS plans, EOIs and more)
Book and conduct house tours, and help coordinate events, invitations and materials
Produce CRM and pipeline reporting to support informed, Participant-focused decisions
About You
Warm, clear communicator — written and verbal — with a natural ability to make people feel heard
Confident using a CRM to manage information accurately and reliably
Highly organised, detail-focused and discreet with confidential information
Collaborative, adaptable and genuinely people-centred
Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field such as Community Housing, Tenancy Support or Property Management
A growing knowledge of the NDIS and a genuine interest in the disability sector (SDA experience viewed favourably)
What we offer
Purpose-driven work that makes a real difference in people's lives
A supportive, values-led team where your contribution is genuinely valued
A diverse and interesting role where no two days are the same, with flexibility that may include hybrid working — mostly office-based with some flexibility to work from home — and high part-time hours (rather than full time)
How to apply
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
