About the Role
We're looking for an intelligent, personable and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Luxury Menswear Consultant.
This isn't your typical retail role.
Every day is different, with appointments ranging from styling wedding parties and measuring made-to-measure clients to helping professionals find the perfect outfit for important milestones.
You'll work closely with clients, provide styling advice and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct one-on-one styling consultations.
* Assist wedding parties with premium suit hire.
* Guide clients through our made-to-measure program.
* Take accurate body measurements.
* Recommend accessories and premium upgrades.
* Prepare garments for weddings and special events.
* Maintain our premium showroom presentation.
* Process bookings, payments and administration.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.

About You
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.
You'll ideally have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A qualified and well-presented appearance.
* Strong attention to detail.

Experience in premium retail, hospitality, sales or customer service is highly regarded, however we're equally interested in applicants with the right attitude and potential.
