The position is responsible to provide high level clinical research support for The Respond Study.
This includes operational management, coordinating ethics applications and submissions, project management, preparing compliance reporting, data management, data analysis and evaluation of research projects.
The position is expected to assist other ISLHD clinicians undertaking activities required as part of The Respond Study.
This position requires clinical and research knowledge in the development, execution, and evaluation of clinical research projects ensuring all research activities comply with ISLHD Research guidelines and relevant policies and procedures.
This position will collaborate and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships for the purpose of contributing to high quality education and research, activities and events.
The Respond Study is a research program funded by the NSW Translational Grant Scheme to develop a standardised Emergency Department Clinical Emergency Response System (EDCERS) for all NSW Emergency Departments.
Key research partners include Western Sydney LHD, NSW Agency of Clinical Innovation – Emergency Care Institute, NSW Clinical Excellence Commission, and University of Wollongong.
