Opportunity
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a well-established and highly regarded private practice in Subiaco, one of Perth's most desirable inner-west suburbs.
The practice is led by a respected principal dentist with a loyal, longstanding patient base and a well-managed appointment book that regularly runs four to six weeks out.
Demand is strong and growing, and the practice is now looking to bring on an additional clinician to support that growth.
This part-time role starts at two to three days a week, with genuine scope to grow into a larger role, or a full-time position, as the practice expands.
It would also suit an experienced clinician looking to wind back their hours while keeping a foot in clinical practice.
Key Highlights
Part-time position, two to three days a week, with room to grow
Well-established practice with a strong, loyal patient base
Appointment book booked out four to six weeks in advance
Contemporary equipment, all less than two years old
In-house 3D printing for crowns and bridges coming online shortly
Supportive principal dentist and clinical team
Competitive commission structure reflecting experience
Genuine long-term development opportunities within a growing healthcare group
Location
Subiaco is one of Perth's most sought-after inner-west suburbs, known for its leafy streets, boutique shopping and vibrant cafe culture along Rokeby Road.
It sits just a few kilometres from the CBD, with excellent train access and a strong, affluent local population.
The practice is close to the Subiaco/West Perth boundary, placing it within easy reach of both precincts and their dense residential and professional communities.
About You
You are an experienced dentist who takes pride in high clinical and ethical standards, and who is comfortable working alongside an established, well-respected principal.
You bring a professional, polished manner to patient care and are looking for a practice with a genuinely busy book rather than a slow start.

Manage a busy appointment schedule while maintaining excellent patient care
Work collaboratively with the principal dentist and support team
Utilise modern equipment, including digital and 3D printing technology as it comes online
