Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
Manage a wide range of clinical presentations to support rapid skill development
Take ownership of the patient journey from greeting through to follow-up coordination
Work collaboratively with DA's and reception to ensure smooth patient flow
Contribute positively to a respectful, no-drama workplace culture
What's On Offer
New graduate salary range of $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience and clinical exposure
Experienced dentists offered negotiable arrangements based on skill set
Full-time preferred (8:30am–5:00/5:30pm Monday to Friday), open to 4-day week
Saturday work optional only if desired
No evenings, Sundays, or public holidays
Visa sponsorship available
Considerable relocation assistance considered
