Job Description
As the face of the practice, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer serviceManaging appointments and clinician schedulesAnswering phone and email enquiriesProcessing payments and health fund claimsMaintaining accurate patient recordsSupporting the team with day-to-day administration tasksHelping ensure the smooth operation of the practice
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
Dental experience is a mustKnowledge of dental softwareFriendly, professional and highly organisedPassionate about delivering outstanding customer serviceConfident in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentReliable with strong attention to detailExperienced in reception, administration or customer-facing roles




This is a casual position to cover shifts 3 days a week.
