This is a live-in position with accommodation provided in addition to the salary package.
You are required to hold or obtain
current Qld RMLV & Approved Manager licence.
This position is VERY unsuitable for holders of a Working Holiday visa.
Reporting to the Hotel's General Manager, this key role is core to our hotel management team and your key accountabilities include;
Complete supervision/management of Public Bar, Gaming operations & oversight of the staff quarters.
Previous experience in bar operations is essential.
You will be required to implement all aspects of compliance & regulatory requirements.
Be responsible for staff training.
Input into staff selection & hiring is encouraged.
The ability to lead & motivate a team is essential.
This is a regional location & ability to commit for extended periods of time is a requirement of all applicants.
