Landscape Maintenance Officer
ChoiceOne are currently seeking various semi-skilled, experienced workers for an immediate start in roles based with local Councils in Parks and Garden area and Conservation Land Management based North and South of Perth.
About the various role and duties:
General Parks and Garden/Landscape maintenance
Ride–on mowing
Tractor
Use of whipper snipper
Blowing down footpaths
Pruning, weeding, hedging, mulching and waste removal
Chainsaw
Backpack Weed Spraying
Criteria:
Able to lift up to 20+ kilos occasionally
Confident use of hand gardening tools
Comfortable to apply spraying techniques (weeds)
Good communication skills
Current valid C Class Driver's Licence
Construction "White" Card
Pass drug and alcohol screening
Positive police clearance




Desirable
Horticulture Certified
Conservation Land Management
Chainsaw ticket
Spray ticket
Tractor/Slasher experience
Ride on mower experience
MR/HR licence
