About The Opportunity
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a passionate team
Creating effective rosters, supporting new team members, and fostering growth
Managing stock control, including ordering, rotation, and stocktakes
Overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and banking
Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, stock control, and presentation
Championing sales through engaging promotions and memorable customer service
About You




We're looking for a people-focused leader with a flair for retail and a love for creating positive customer experiences.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Strong POS, inventory, and cash handling knowledge
Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
At least 3 years in a leadership role within retail or hospitality
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
Proven experience in team coaching, scheduling, and performance development
