Due to our ever-expanding Building & Façade portfolio of large long-term contracts right through ****, on a variety of projects across the Perth metropolitan region both north and south of the Perth CBD, we are seeking to fill a range of positions.
Carpenters / Façade Installers & Ceiling Fixers
You will be working with a agile team responsible for the installation of a broad range of cladding systems / Internal Fit-Outs / Framing using multiple materials depending on your experience and expertise.
You will be adding to our team of like minded carpenters delivering quality installations to some of Perth's leading contractors.
Tasks & Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
Site installation of façade aluminium & CFC cladding on commercial buildings with an extensive knowledge of solid panel cladding, metal cladding, cement sheet cladding.
Framing, set-out and fixing.
Actively contribute to toolbox meetings.
Undertaking all aspects of the carpentry trade, including construction, installation, & repairs of new & existing structures.
Be committed to following quality & safety procedures & able to identify, report, & rectify any hazards.
Ability to site measure, read and interpret and work from plans.




Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Ideally
candidates will have 3+ years' experience in the construction industry with Carpenter qualifications or trade assistant experience, however all candidates will be considered.
Must have a good understanding of construction standards, connection details, build up & the use of proper construction techniques specific to cladding scope of work.
Able to work both in teams & independently.
Be proactive, valuable at timekeeping, reliable & have a strong work ethic.
Strong communication skills with own range of tools in your tool kit.
Valid Class C driver's license with your own transport capable of carrying tools and equipment.
If required you must be able to pass pre-employment medical, D&A; and Police Check requirements.
Construction white card (Mandatory), EWP & Working at heights tickets (Desired).
