The Opportunity
You'll work alongside an experienced Property Manager, gaining exposure to every aspect of portfolio management before eventually taking ownership of your own portfolio.
From day one, you'll be included in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, ensuring you build the confidence and skills needed for long-term success.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with routine inspections, leasing and portfolio administration.
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Supporting the Property Manager with the day-to-day running of the portfolio.
Gradually taking on greater responsibility as you progress towards managing your own portfolio.

About You
Experience in inspections, leasing or another property management support role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for property management.
Property Management Registration is preferred, but not essential.
