About The Role
We have a great prospect for enthusiastic Perioperative Enrolled Nurses with experience in Anaesthetics and Recovery to join our clinical team on a part time basis with a minimum 48 hours per fortnight.
Monday to Friday, no public holidays and no on call shifts.
Duties And Responsibilities
This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
Support the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient careEnsure the patients, day surgery and equipment are ready for surgeryEnsure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focusEnrolled nursing tasks within scope of practiceMonitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complicationsDeliver education and support to patients for the management of their recoveryComplete and accurate patient documentation
About You
You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
You will have:
Solid experience in Perioperative Enrolled Nursing with experience in Anaesthetics/ RecoveryCurrent AHPRA registration as an Enrolled NurseExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in the below specialties desirable
