Your new role
This opportunity is for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a growing civil construction team delivering projects across Adelaide and surrounding areas.
This team is a locally based role in Adelaide, no FIFO or DIDO - offering stability and the opportunity to work on a quality infrastructure project close to home.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and supervising site activities from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.




Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site operations across all project stages.
Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve program outcomes
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with specifications
Maintain daily site reports, schedules and work programs
Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
Coordinate testing, surveys and site documentation
Ensure compliance with QA systems, project specifications and contractual requirements
Drive a strong safety culture, including toolbox talks, risk assessments and site inspections.
Monitor productivity, identify issues and implement solutions
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site practices
Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project)
