Assured Independent Living Services (AILS) is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. You will coordinate and implement participants' NDIS plans, while building their capacity to manage supports and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.

You will connect participants with service providers, monitor outcomes, advocate for participants, and ensure accurate records in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
